Which foods should I eat to build strong bones?

    The two main and essential nutrients which are required for making our bones stronger are calcium and Vitamin D. There are many foods which have calcium and vitamin D in it and some of them are dark and green leafy vegetables, milk, salmon, almonds, cheese, yogurt, eggs, broccoli, etc. Calcium helps us in making our bones stronger and vitamin D is required to dissolve the calcium in our body.
