    Stress is a very ordinary and common factor in everyone's life. In today's scenario, each and every person is facing some kind of a challenge which most probably leads to the increment of stress level. To reduce this level, one can have foods like fish, broccoli, almonds, whole grain rice, grain pasta, milk, cottage cheese, beef, etc.
