Braised are those foods which are cooked in liquid and are healthier, where as fried foods are those which are fried in deep-fried oil and can affect our health. Fried food can even cause many diseases. So we should avoid them. So, it is concluded that braised foods are healthier than fried foods. You should eat only braised foods to stay fit.
