Vitamin B-12 is one of the only water-soluble vitamins that is stored in the body, . However, vitamin B-12 is stored in the liver, and the body typically has enough vitamin B-12 to last for several years. “Vitamin A” is the vitamin which is stored in Human Liver. Liver contains large amount of vitamins (sufficient enough or two years) and supply them as needed by the other body parts. Liver also stores some amount of vitamin D and B-12 as well.
