Why do you have 3 wires for electricity?

There are two mail must have wires one is known as positive (+) and the other is known as negative (-). Now the third cable is known as ground cable which is also very important, Electrical circuits may be connected to ground (earth) for several reasons. In mains powered equipment, exposed metal parts are connected to ground to prevent user contact with dangerous voltage if electrical insulation fails. It can also be said that it’s for our safety.
