Why does political science behaves as a science?

Science is outlined as a system that builds and collects knowledge and information within the form of testable explanations. If you think that about it, political science is finding out the workings of assorted political ideas and theories with countries because the test tubes. For example, communism was theorized and thought out, then applied to a country without knowledge of the result, this is the test. When the experiment was completed, it was discarded and changed.
