    Green vegetables play a vital role in our diet. A diet must contain green veggies as it is the most nutritious and useful food. Veggies like spinach may reduce the person's risk of suffering from diabetes. Spinach is a very strong antioxidant particularly when it is not cooked or when it is steamed. It is the best source of vitamins A, B, C, E and K. Green veggies provide high quantities of proteins and fibers. It protects the person from being obese as it has negligible quantity of fats and carbohydrates.
