Iran's nuclear programme held in Kazakhstan ended without agreement in Tehran on 6 April 2013 as the P5+1 group comprising the five permanent members of the UN Security Council - the US, Russia, China, the UK and France - plus Germany had asked Iran to stop enriching uranium up to 20 percent in exchange for some relief from sanctions.
