    Plant based diet is a type of a diet which contains all the essential nutrients which our body requires for its proper functioning. The diet contains fiber, carbohydrates and vitamins which helps our body to boost our energy level. One can get sufficient energy by eating plant based foods. These foods include tofu, kale, broccoli, quinoa, ground flaxseeds, green vegetables, olive oil, almonds, etc.
