You've asked this before. The answer is the same - it doesn't make sense. 'Passion' is the wrong word. No-one shakes hands with 'passion'. Perhaps you mean "If the weather is bitterly cold and you go to shake someone's hand on meeting them, many are reluctant to take their hands out of warm pockets to do so." But few people walk with their hands in their pockets - they wear gloves.
