How to get marker off of non glossy poster?

so, my little sister is angry at me, and she came into my room and crossed out the eyes on all of my kpop posters. They aren t /glossy/ but they aren t paper either. I know the marker is washable crayola markers, if that helps. I really don t want to have to buy the albums again, because some of the posters were random posters. Is there any way I can remove the marker?

Washable markers are water-soluble. The trick is going to be whether you can get enough water to dissolve the pigment without damaging the poster. If it's not paper, that makes the chances better. Be ready to wipe it dry completely, over and over. Can I suggest that you take a picture before you do it? When you and your sister are adults, this will be funny to both of you.

Take the worst one. Using a cotton bud dipped in water try to lift off the marker frequently change buds as they get dirty, use as little water as possible and be patient. If it doesn't work you will not have done any more damage.
