New Bing “Search by License” Feature Filters Images by Usage Rights. There is now a copyright license filter built into the Bing Image search that allows you to filter images by Creative Commons License. ... In addition to the response from geek-in-training, near the top right of the screen on the Bing search page, it should give the option Filter. If it's not there, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen and click on Settings. I'm not sure that you actually need to make any changes here, but that's the way I got the Filter option to appear. (You MAY also need to click on More, further down that dialogue.) Exit Bing, then reopen Bing. You should then see Filter available. Click on it and you'll see that another Menu bar mysteriously appears. Click on Price, then select Free.
