My dress is too small, Help?
I bought a dress for a school dance coming up and I bought it in a size Large but I recently gained 15 pounds (am now 230 at 5’5”) due to a medicine and now the dress is way too tight across my stomach. what should i do?

Buy another dress or lose weight. You ought to be able to figure that out yourself.

Lose some weight, get a girdle, get another dress.

Intermittant fasting might help. Look it up and try maybe 16 hours. Also combine that with a Keto Diet. It works fast!
