Why should one use anti-wrinkle creams after a certain age? Do they really help? Which is the best anti-wrinkle cream?

The ONLY anti wrinkle cream is sunscreen and staying out of the sun. What you are calling anti wrinkle creams are nothing but moisturizers. And, btw, once sun damage is done, it's impossible to undo. Also, smoking cigs makes mouth wrinkles and booze makes skin worse.
