I’ve recently aged out of Medicaid in my state (MO).?

As of 11/26/18. Where can I get or find confirmation of such? Should a letter have been sent, or will it be sent? I need it to verify my eligibility for a special enrollment period.

Not sure if they mail out letters since this is Medicaid. My guess is that you either turned 18 or 21 on 11/26/18, thus aged out. I "think" you have 60 days to still qualify for "special" enrollment on another health insurance which is very close, since that would be 1/26/18. https://www.healthcare.gov/blog/coverage-loss-for-special-enrollment-period/ 573-751-221 Is the number to call MO Medicaid. I tried to go to the link, but my computer said not safe, thus did not link the site. https://dss.mo.gov/mhd/ This is MO site on any type of health insurance available in your state.

What in the world does "aged out" mean?

If you reached the age of 19 or 21 in some states and can no longer be on family Medicaid you are out of luck unless you move out and are independent and low income and any other criteria your state has to get Medicaid. You can get a job and buy health insurance now.

have you called?
