Help with td online banking log in !?

My tablet is not longer recognized as a trusted device, so it asks to go thru phone verification. Problem is my phone is no longer active and I can t seem to find a way around it. Am I gonna have to just put my anxiety to the side and call customer service? Lol

If nothing you do helps, then yes, you have to either call customer service or go into the local bank branch/office to get assistance.

What do you mean your phone is no longer active?? If you don't have cellular service, you should still be able to login using WiFi... Are you logging into their website or directly into their app?? Big difference on what might be causing you problems.

Why would you have anxiety to calling customer service?? They are there to help..
