Kia Forte question?
Do they have spark wires? I’m getting a tune up and want to buy my own parts. My grandfather told me to buy spark plugs and wires but I can’t find the wires online.

It most likely has coils over the spark plugs. Go to Advance Auto and buy a set of NGK or Denso Iridium spark plugs and they will be able to verify if there are any spark plug wires. Some 4 cylinder motors had two coils and two spark plug wires.

No generally the coil sits directly on the spark plug and needs to be removed first. Why not google the subject? Likely you will find you tube videos showing that.

Then try an autoparts store in your town. If it is a gas pot, it should have wires. Diesels don't.

What year is your Kia? Late model cars do not have any more "wires". And you will find it hard to find mechanics who will fix your car with parts from the car owner.
