No. Hyperloop is for fairly long distances, of several hundred miles. Light rail and most bus routes will still be needed because they are for shorter distances for which the Hyperloop would not be practical. Airlines will still be needed to fly across oceans because the Hyperloop won't be able to do that. Amtrak will be hurt, but some routes may survive to serve places without enough riders to justify the cost of Hyperloop service.
