Just got a job offer as conductor trainee. The 6 week program Kansas City southern railroad. What’s the schedule like for a conductor?

What days off do we get and I heard we can only work 8 hours a day, is that true? Give me everything you know as a conductor. Also, I’m only 20 but it said you had to be 18 years old or older, is that a typo?

Take it and just WORK HARD. Be the first guy at work. Look, listen and LEARN. You will need all the learning. Good luck.

You got a job offer so you applied for it and you didn't bother researching the job. If you can't perform that simple task, you'll never make is as a conductor. I have my doubts as to you knowing what a conductors job entails.

the company will tell you if you accept the job

What's the difference about 18 if you're all ready 20?! Worrying about days off before you even get the job is likely why you have no job at 20 years old. You use to eat lead paint when a kid or what?

maybe you should be asking the boss or your supervisor these questions
