one trick the companies use is to bait with a free cellph, sign a contract for 2 3 years, internet included, great deal,a year into the contract, company reduces your bandwidth,,thus slowing down the device speed,,capacity and then they point to the contract, all 13 paragraphs of exceptions & exclusions, they can cuz they can, everytime you call them,a different person handles you account the can cuz they can

Pretty much all major American cell carriers are crap in different ways, from bad coverage, bad customer service, absurdly high fees, etc.

There is little to distinguish one from another.

The one I have is regional. It depends on which one provides better coverage for where you are.

Tell us *why* they are "crap to use". Tell us how the phone is being used... and where you are. For example, I am in Nothern California and have typical business travel to Dallas, New Jersey, San Diego, Seattle and North Carolina. I use Verizon. They are great. There are times when in a tunnel, underground (parking or lower basement levels of large buildings), and no carrier provides good service. Are you referring to voice, data, text, customer service response, data throughput or something else? Which Phone are you using? I use an Apple iPhone 8 (and before this, IPhone 6s and iPhone 4s).
