So my Wii U isn't powering on and the lights are blinking simultaneously except the power button is blinking red.?

Whenever I go to turn my Wii U on, the console's power and eject button blink at the same time, but the console power light stays on red.. I know this isn't normal, and I've had this problem before, but it told me to leave everything unplugged for a few hours. I've done that, but it's still acting like this.. what can I do to fix my Wii U?
