Which is better audio Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Surround 2.0 on flat screen tv with no audio hookups?
On my dvd disk it gives the option of Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Surround 2.0. I have no surround sound speakers hooked up or no stereo receiver or anything just regular flat screen television. Any advice appreciated!!!

If you don't have the surround sound speakers, then don't use 5.1 audio. It'll try to be sending sound to speakers that don't exist, leading you to not hear things.
