Are there any specific local Salt Lake City restaurants I should try while there?
I like to try different regional chains while in the area. Whataburger, Shake Shake, In N Out, etc. Are there any restaurants like that around Salt Lake City?

Hm. None worth writing home about. One of my pet peeves was that Utah had sucky food. The main hub everyone has a craving for there is Betos. Equivalent to Albertos. Except better. Seriously. Utah has crappy food. Close to nothing.
