I received a rejection letter from delta sigma theta but also received an interview?

Hi. On January 28th I recieved a call telling me to come in for my interview with the DST board/members. I did so and know if I did well or not. But when I looked in the mail today I had a letter (Postmarked January 25) that stated my packet was ineligible for consideration. Help! I'm confused. Also, the day after my interview I got a call from the head of the DST Board asking that I resubmit my transcript (although I already turned my transcript in with my initial application packet) Is this a good sign?
