Yes and no. Bernard Shaw regretted becoming a celebrity, saying - I merely paraphrase here of course - that now that everyone takes him for a celebrity, they don't bother actually READING what he wrote! Bit of a bummer, that. But then again, he did become very RICH by becoming famous, so there's that to consider too! Cheers. +++++
