Why do some southern people like rap music but hate black people?

90% of white people who do like rap hate black people. Its how it is. Most white people are racist. Some more than others, some are more open about it. But most white people are racists.

Not really southern people but a lot of rural /sub-urban people in general. I think a lot of it is because of jealousy and deep down inside they wish they had cool music that everyone wanted to listen to too.
