I'm looking for a kids show I remember sorta?

I forgot the title but I remember it was on PBS kids or Disney junior. They were grown men, about 3-5 of them. I remember that there was a mouse too. They solved problems for people I think. There was also this boring side character who was always working in an office. Does anyone know what show this is? (I also can recall that they seemed like either business men, detectives, or something like that. Also I'm sure it was TV-Y).
