Does the State of Kentucky recycle or no?
How come they throw everything in the dumpster trash, papers, plastic, bottles, no recycling bins?

If it's like TN next door, there are recycling dumpsters where they collect recyclables but you have to find out where they are, save the stuff up, load your car and drive there and dump it yourself. They do not pick up at your home like in major cities.

most of america is like that. its simply because your average person is not educated about environmental awareness and when you are not educated about environmental issues, you tend to not care
