usually not to bad but yo got to keep in mind.. During OFF TOURIST SEASON many rides will be down for maintenance etc...

It really depends how close you go to Valentine's Day. If you leave a week buffer from the holiday, it should be alright. This is coming from experience of Disney World, though.

I went to Disneyland Paris in February and it was very crowded.

The best time to go, is mid week & when school is in session. Long as you don't go on the weekend, you should be fine.

Disneyland usually isn't crowded from the months of January to March.

Yes, it is crowded all year-round. However, it is not as crowded as Disney World.
