Are you sure you have been to this waterpark before or are you just trolling? Were there other people showering naked? Are there signs stating you can't shower naked? Do you care if you are seen by the opposite sex? If you don't care if you are seen and you are still unsure, the best thing to do is ask one of the staff members what the policy is. If you can't muster the strength to ask then you probably shouldn't.

Just shower in your swimsuit. The water will go through your swimsuit and get you clean anyway. If it was inside it wouldnt really matter but because of its location I would say probably not.
