Do Dark Worlds's effects trigger with Tuner's High ?
I'm curious to know if I can because I want to use this card in my Dark World/Fabled deck thank you :)

Nope. Dark World monsters only trigger if they are discarded 'by a card effect', ie, the resolution. They do not trigger if they are discarded as a card's cost, such as the cost of Tuner's High.
