Unfortunately gambling is only for people 21+ no matter where you go...unless it's at home or a school event.

According to their website, yes. "1.All gaming patrons must be 18 years old to wager and/or be allowed in the gaming area; a valid State or Federal issued photo ID* must be provided upon request and at the discretion of Management."
