You take a couple week course, don't have a criminal record, and have a credit score good enough that someone doesn't figure you're a scam artist and hires you. It doesn't pay that well unless you have huge breasts.

There are schools that teach you how to become a casino dealer ( most casinos require you know several games, not just one type ). Find one in your area and enroll. Once you graduate, apply at casinos you want to work in.
