According to one source, lemon juice has a pH of about 2.2 and vinegar has a pH of about 2.8, so lemon juice is more acidic (has a lower pH) than vinegar. As far as the second part, no, that is not true.

All of them will irritate the wound and slow down healing. Keep cooking ingredients for cooking and use an antiseptic cream on wounds.
