I feel like my heart beat is getting slower and slower. What does that mean??!?
I am scared, I feel like my heart is slowing down and I still have cold and clammy hands and feet and etc and my body is all numb too and it has been so rough for me for couple of weeks and couple of months. am literally scared in fear now. What should I do? I am literally scared. I need help!!! But it scares me right now!!!!!!!! I think my parents are going to take me to the E.R. Please pray for me and keep me in your prayers daily.

Instead of praying, which does nothing, how about buying a watch heart rate monitor? You can get a cheap one off ebay, It won't be 100% perfect, but it should be enough to monitor and track your heart rate
