Right now I am up from only 4 hours sleep with back pain. I have to sit with a lot of heat applied to my back to try to stop it, and sometimes am forced to take a strong drug to stop it. Most of my problems stem from poor posture when I was younger. Take my advice and practice good posture as much as possible. It can save you a lot of pain and heartache in later years.
its probably easier not to hurt it that way
