What should i do?
my nose ring, about 6 months ago, was taken out, put back in, and it wasn’t closed, and the little slit where it opens and closes, my skin grew around it and it will not come out, it is stuck, and it doesn’t hurt at all but i just cannot get it out.

You should see a dermatologist who can properly remove it

You will have to go to the doctor to get it out. There is an episode of Dr Pimple Popper where she extracts a cheek piercing.
