Vaginal infections from bathing in blood?

Does bathing in blood give you vaginal infections??? I’m asking this out of context but I really want answers. I’m mainly asking about UTI’s and yeast infections. Or of course anything worse than that. I would really appreciate answers as I’ve been wondering about this for a while. Just a question.
