Sounds uncomfortable.. And dangerous, too. Ever tried meditating? Paying attention to hypnagogic imagery behind your eyelids, when you're in that state where you're gradually transitioning from being awake to falling asleep? Pushing your closed eyes with your fingers, to see colors? Watching optical illusion videos? Smoking some pot? Dropping some acid? Staying awake for a VERY long time? Buying one of those fancy mind machines, like the Kasina? Or... ..Holy sh*t, I've got ENTIRELY too many suggestions. :S
