Breathed in really dark thick oil grease type looking mould for a few secs does this matter? & bottle was in my bedroom for a day or so?

you didn't breath in anything that was a dark oil/grease. You may have breathed in the smell of it though. relax. If breathing in the odor of oil, grease, etc was dangerous, all mechanics would die quickly.
