Please help identify wild herbs? (picture)?

Hey everyone, there are 2 species here, the long triangular shaped one (it has a strong smell), and the 3 leaved herb. I had just picked them from the hiking trail today, and if anybody knows, please write the name of the plants. Let me know if they are poisonous or edible. Thanks in advance. (^_^)

The one on the left looks like a type of mint, maybe catnip, we have that in our yard and it looks similar to that.

its hard to tell--but the top ones might be garlic mustards--they have that general shape, with little white fowers when in bloom--and smell strongly of a garlicky odor. (if they are--they are edible--test by ripping a leaf and smelling--garlicky?)
