I am Polish, I read an article in a renowned Polish periodical devoted to economics. About the case of a 16-year-old boy who our stupid Polish tax office orders to pay the alleged unpaid VAT! So this boy opened a snack stall in front of his school, it was not just a public school area anymore. Our minister of national education has introduced restrictions on what can be sold in school canteens and shops. And lastly, more and more stores are introducing an age limit for energy drinks, and our parliament thinks to introduce it in law. Well, this boy, due to the fact that he was already 16 years old, he bought large lots of these energy drinks, in the Gastronomic wholesalers of the Cash & Carry type, and then the sprinter sold it in front of his school with a 100% margin on what they had less than 16 years But the Tax Office was interested in it, such gloomy, it is something like the American IRS or British HM Revenue & Customs xD, that he does not pay VAT, he thought he did not have to, because in the end he was a "kid" it turned out that it was not entirely true. Well, he got a fine from our Sanitran inspection for selling food without some stupid sanitary license for the sale of food :-) Do you think child should be treated more lenient in this regard. On other when i was kid one of my friend (was 13 14 back than) bought VCR with coping feature, and copied move that kids ware not allowed to seen, ;-) and earn loot money on it, and now he investment booker xD He had pornography (normal pornography of course) , latest movie latest music, he selling it to his friends, but have adult customer too, he said that once he sells DVD with porn to his teacher. His teacher bought it from him because it was more cheaper than in sex shop, but he had good laughing-stock when teacher realised that seller is his 17 years old student xD Now I'm regard that i was so by the book when i was kid :-(
