This is the same tired old question again. I've answered it once but I'll answer it again. an egg cell can be made to become an entire living being with nothing more than a prick from a metal needle and a little electric charge in the case of a chicken and other creatures. This tells us that it's the eggs cell that's fully capable of producing a living being. The sperm cell is nothing more then the manager of a fully functional factory. Without the factory the manager can do nothing! But the factory is fully capable of producing a product if somebody pushes the on switch
