Why does the Chinese embassy in Houston keep calling me? They always speak Chinese when they do, which I don't speak.?
Yes, because once when I called the number back I could make out enough that it was the Chinese embassy and I know from the area code that it is in Houston.

If it is in Houston, Texas, then it would NOT be an embassy, but a consulate. It is most likely SPAM.

You sure it’s the Chinese embassy. It’s probably spam. I got voice mails that says it’s from amazon about a package, at least that’s what my coworker said since she knows mandarin.
