Sorry to burst your bubble, bbbb, but your question makes no sense. One of the reasons the liberated woman takes on the idea of feminism is "equal pay for equal work"...and the removal of an imaginary male-created "glass ceiling" for women at the executive levels of Fortune 500 companies.
