False assertions here. The First Lady does speak English, albeit with an accent, and she speaks much better than many immigrants do. She also had to pass the English language test to qualify for citizenship when she applied for naturalization. US has many immigrants from UK, Canada, etc. The main difference is almost all are very strictly law-abiding, while citizens of a great number of countries in Latin America, Africa, & elsewhere have very high rates of illegal immigration, visa violations, etc.
