Is it safe for my baby to sleep in his room 5 hours after I used a flea bomb in there ?

I flea bombed my bedroom earlier where my child also sleeps he’s 8 months . 5 hours have passed and I ventilated the room for As the label said but the rooms still smells smokey is this safe for my child ?

I wouldn't think so.

I wouldn't risk it.

I would wait a long time. Put your son in another room for a few days and air the other room out. Read the side effects of flea bombs, because these are pesticides. For fleas the best thing to do is give the pets Capstar or Nitenpyram. Sprinkle a mix of baking soda and salt on the carpeting, wait a day and then vacuum. You can repeat the Capstar dosage in two or three days as needed and reapply the baking soda salt in 1 week. This is very safe and won't harm anyone or anything in your household, and is also very effective.

If you have to ask, the answer is probably no. I would stay out of the treated areas for at least 24 hours.
