Can the urinary ouput be more than the input of fluids? Ex: if you drink 600ml/cc and you urinated 900ml/cc .. is than normal ?
your example is extreme and would not be sustainable for days or weeks, but yes it is possible to pee a little more than you drink. Burning carboHYDRAtes produces water
Unless you eat nothing but powder, foods you eat will have liquid in them. E.g., meat, or pasta, or just about anything. Fluids come in many forms, and we eat a lot of them, as well as drinking them.
it can be, the blood holds varying amounts of water and the body controls how much. Certain foods make you retain water, like salt, and some make you release it, like coffee or alcohol.

Not normal, but possible. Your body is about 70% water.
