10th gen Civic Infotainment Issue. When using Android auto with a Note 9 it keeps kicking me occasionally to the blank screen saying cant?

Using Android auto on my 10th gen Civic I am running into the issue for around 5 months now where multiple times throughout my drive it will kick me to the blank screen saying cant connect to phone using bluetooth. if I wait a minute it will resume and bring back up android auto ? I have had this infotainment unit updated many times at the dealership, I have deleted and re installed android auto, as well as deleted and re paired bluetooth and the issue keeps happening :( what should I do ?

Try another Android phone and on an iPhone(using Apple CarPlay). Issue does not go away, take car (again) to the dealer.
