What should i eat before a long ride? (50 miles)?

Apples, Bananas, peanut butter helly sandwich. I always bring snacks and water myself. Like gronola bars or something. But fruits will help you tremendously. Not something heavy and harder to digest.
If you don’t eat you may become weak.
Eat normally. Have a good breakfast before you go and bring plenty of snacks (PBJ sandwiches, muffins, fruit, etc) so you can eat about 100 calories every 10 or 15 miles.
A big meal.
